1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Storm Hosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Provided "AS IS"
Storm Hosting provides server hosting on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and stability, we do not provide a strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) or guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or network routing issues.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Storm Hosting or its operators be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. You are solely responsible for keeping local backups of your world data. We are not liable for data loss, hardware failure, world corruption, or any resulting damages.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use your server exclusively for its intended purpose (Minecraft server hosting). You may not use our services for:
- Cryptocurrency mining
- DDoS amplification or botnets
- Hosting illegal, copyrighted, or malicious content
- Attempting to break out of the containerized environment
Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your service without a refund.
5. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your server performance or experience issues, you may request a full refund within the first 48 hours of your initial purchase. After 48 hours, all sales are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated outside of this policy will result in immediate termination of all associated services and a permanent ban.
6. Minecraft EULA Compliance
By using our services, you also agree to comply with the official Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and Commercial Use Guidelines provided by Mojang AB / Microsoft. Storm Hosting is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
